It is our desire that all parents feel a part of the Briargrove community right from the start. One sure way to do this is to volunteer.
Parents, teachers and administrators working together promotes an excellent learning experience for our children. Briargrove Elementary's success is due, partly, to parent involvement. We have a wonderful group of committed, dynamic and enthusiastic parent volunteers who give of their time as they can.
If you have a skill or interest you might be able to share with Briargrove, please let us know. Don't worry; we are not looking for experts, but a little experience can be very valuable.
We look forward to getting to know you and working with you to enhance our childrens' experience and education at Briargrove Elementary.
WHAT DO WE DO?
The PTO provides necessary funding for many programs and events that have a positive impact on our students, faculty and community. Some of the programs the PTO provides funding for are: 5th grade Patriot's Day, 4th grade field trip, Writers in Schools, visiting author, reading programs, copiers, classroom supplies for teachers, curriculum enhancement and police officers for traffic control and safety.
Briargrove depends on the generosity of our parents and business partners to get this accomplished. thank you in advance for your contributions of time and money that will benefit our great school for years to come. We cannot do it without you.
